Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Shopping on Long Island (vrli.site), the 3D malls, plazas, county map and related services run by Elite Nexus AI ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them.
1. What the service is
We build and host interactive 3D versions of shopping centers on Long Island, storefront listings for businesses, in-mall screen ads, AI shop hosts and websites. The 3D places are illustrations based on public map data and published store directories. They may not match the real place exactly.
2. Demo content and third-party brands
Store names and brands that appear in the malls and plazas belong to their owners. Unless a store is a paying customer, its storefront, sample ads and "demo host" are demonstrations made by us and are clearly labeled as demos. They are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or speaking for that business. If you own a brand or property shown on the site and want it changed or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.
3. Plans and billing
- Storefront plans (Plan A, B and C) have a one-time setup fee plus a monthly upkeep fee of $29.95, billed by Stripe until you cancel.
- Screen-ad plans (Spark, Boost, Spotlight, Takeover) are billed monthly until you cancel. Airtime is shared: ads rotate two minutes at a time and we do not guarantee a number of views.
- Websites are quoted individually. The written quote sets the price, deposit and delivery terms.
- Prices may change for new purchases. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an active subscription.

4. Your content
You are responsible for the business information, images, videos, offers and links you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline or remove content that is false, misleading, infringing, unlawful or unsuitable for a general audience. Tobacco, vape and other restricted categories may have ad features turned off.
5. AI shop hosts
Plan C hosts answer questions using only the facts you provide. AI answers can still be wrong or incomplete. Shoppers should confirm important details (prices, hours, allergens, availability) with the business directly. Daily usage limits apply.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, no abuse of the chat hosts, and no false orders or fake view inflation.
7. Availability
We work to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Maps, routes and drive times are estimates for illustration and are not navigation advice.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
